That’s right, McDonald’s is shaking up their business model and it seems to already a positive response in the U.K. The key to this shake up is integrating new Digital Kiosks in every restaurant and at every table. This new feature could be what patrons have felt was missing in their QSR, reducing wait times in line and making their visit more time efficient.
